Behind the Scenes with Rénella Equestrian

I recently had the exciting opportunity to have a commercial shoot with Rénella Equestrian. This shoot featured the two girls at home with their horses, showcasing outfits from the Icon line as well as the new Hybrid breeches that have been recently released. With plenty of colours to choose from we went for Fern and Flint in the Icon range, followed by changing into the new Hybrid breeches in Silver and Pink.

With experience in the Equine Lifestyle Portraiture, I prefer to use natural light and real riders for commercial shoots to ensure that the brand can engage with the audience and their lifestyle.

A fun filled afternoon

After an awfully rainy start to the day, we push the shoot back a few hours and were welcomed with a warm, dry afternoon with the sunshine making an appearance in the end. With the whole Rénella team behind the scenes to help with props, outfits, ideas and extra footage, everyone was able to relax and enjoy themselves throughout the time we spent shooting. This is the most important part of my shoots, especially when it comes to clothing - the atmosphere must always be fun and vibrant for confidence to shine through.
