A little introduction
Hi, I’m Carenza, an award-winning portrait photographer specialising in equine and country lifestyle photography. Based in Kinross, Scotland, my work dwells in timeless storytelling, creating images that reflect all aspects of this lifestyle. Horse-mad from the beginning, I believe in slowing down for a day, amidst such a busy world, to truly honour our time with those who matter.
I wanted to write to say how utterly delighted we are with the photos you took!
Not only that but your care and attention to detail throughout the process was second to none. From the initial discussion, style guide information and checklist to get the most out of our shoot to the actual shoot and review of photos in our home not long after to help us choose. I can't think of a single way it could have been better!
I will be recommending you to all our horsey friends in the future.

I just wanted to thank you for the amazing photo shoot I had with you and my new horse Lilly. I was somewhat daunted at first as I’m not keen on having my photograph taken but you made me feel so comfortable and were so good with Lilly.

The whole experience from start to finish was very detailed and custom to myself and my horses. Carenza is very creative and has a good eye for areas round your farm/shoot location for nice images to be captured. Carenza also spent time helping with outfit ideas and matched these to the shoot locations on the farm to tie it all together. From our initial welcome pack to the moment we collected our images, Carenza kept in contact to ensure we were happy with everything. Even with the tricky horse I have, we came away with beautiful images. The shoots are relaxed and Carenza has lots of patience to ensure both horse and human are at ease. We now have images we can cherish forever and share with friends and family, I cannot recommend Carenza enough to anyone thinking of a shoot for themselves or someone else.
