Your VIEWING

Your bespoke viewing takes place roughy 10 days after your photoshoot. These are usually done in the comfort of your own home, and are the first time you see your full collection of images. First things first is to set up. It does feel like I'm moving in, as I bring quite a few things with me. However, just let me set up for 10 minuted, and your living room will be transformed into a mobile gallery with examples of timeless artwork in every corner. All we need to get started is a table, with a plug close by, and the rest is totally flexible.

The process

✨ Image reveal – We’ll begin with a beautifully created slideshow of all your best images, allowing you to experience the full impact of the special moments we captured. Sit back, relax and soak to all in.

✨ Selecting Your Favourites – Together, we’ll go through each image individually, sorting them and choosing your absolute favourites. This gives us an excellent starting point in helping us choose what to do with your collection of images.

✨ Choosing Your Statement Piece – Your experience usually includes your first big frame for the wall. This frame is up to 16", and hold your favourite image from the photoshoot inside. I Include your first big frame, and your favourite image should be seen everyday on the wall, and this ensures it is. With frame options to suit every style, this is the first piece of artwork we design.

✨ Designing Additional Artwork – After designing your 16-inch frame, I then do one of the most important tasks in my job. This is where we decide what to do with the rest of the images in your collection. From 9 in 1 Multi-frames, to 60 image albums, every piece is bespoke and tailored to complement your images and style. Every piece of artwork is designed and crafted, together, in your viewing. This ensures you know exactly what your timeless pieces will look like when they arrive, and you can see how your images can piece together to create a story that can be told in artwork.

useful prep

  • The shoot day - After everyone is settled on the shoot day, we will spend 20 minutes at the end having a chat about your viewing, getting a date pencilled in, and I will bring some of my most popular artwork choices along in the car, so you can get a feel for what you can create during the viewing.
  • Wall space and design preparation - In the week before your viewing, it is important to have a think about wall space around your home. This is crucial so you can know where you'll hang your included 16" and if you're thinking of an other wall art ( which most people do!) it makes the viewing flow flawlessly as we can crack on with designing your special pieces .
  • Budget and pricing - The part no one likes to talk about, but as always, budget plays a huge factor and it's something we will touch base on a few times throughout the experience. My Price list will be attached to most emails, and talked through in person during both our design consultation, and in our chat after the shoot. Most payments are taken directly at the viewing, however split payment plans are also available to ensure you can leave the experience with you dream collection.
  • Delivery - Different artworks have different timelines, however most wall art will be with you within 4 weeks, with albums being up to 6 weeks due to the attention given to each individual image being printed. All products are handmade here in the UK.

With all this information in mind, and discussed well in advance of the big reveal, your viewing is one of my favourite parts of the experience. I absolutely love seeing your first reaction to your images, and of course, being there to guide you when designing the perfect artwork, is a responsibility I am so lucky to have a read all about what products I offer, and why below!
