My luxury equine portrait sessions time spent with your horse, that we intentionally slow down to consider the connection between you both. They’re built around presence, not perfection, and around creating artwork that lets lasts for a lifetime.

Before I ever photographed other people’s horses, I was - and still am - a horse owner myself.

I know what it’s like to build your life around them. To measure time in seasons, routines, soundness, and quiet moments. To love a horse not just for what they do, but for who they are


People often book their photoshoots meaningful moments. A new chapter of life to celebrate, or a reminder that they regretted not doing it sooner in the past, so we treasure each reason individually. I don’t approach these sessions as an outsider looking in. I approach them as someone who understands the bond, the responsibility, and the emotion that comes with the rollercoaster of horse ownership.

Everything begins with a conversation. When you enquire, I want to know about your horse - their quirks, their history, the way they make you feel. Whether you’re marking a chapter, celebrating a partnership, or simply wanting to remember them in a special way, there is no better time to celebrate your lifestyle! I don't offer packages, no one fits into pre-designed templates so this is made to work for you.


Your Welcome Box – A Small Taste of What’s to Come

Once booked, you’ll receive a personalised welcome box, what feels like the first step into your experience.

Inside, you’ll find lots of little tips designed to guide you, excite you, and help you feel completely prepared. It’s also a beautiful gift in itself, which is why many clients choose to give these sessions to someone special. This is where anticipation builds, where the experience begins long before I ever lift a camera.


Design & Preparation – Creating With Intention

Before your shoot, we’ll have a design consultation where we shape the session around you.

We’ll talk through:

  • How you’d love your images to feel
  • Your styling, locations, and the day itself.
  • Your in-person ordering session, where you first see your images.

From outfits to grooming, locations to light, every detail is covered. You’ll arrive at your shoot knowing everything will be taken care of.


The Shoot Day

The day itself is intentionally unhurried. It's just us, your horse, and I bring a very small amount of kit. No big set up's, and no expectation that your horse must “behave” a certain way. The session flows at their pace, with space for pauses, quiet moments, and a little bit of horsey mischief as always. I guide gently, and allow you and your horse to simply be. After a few slobbery horse kisses and a wander, most clients tell me they forget the camera is even there.


The Viewing – Where It All Comes Together

The viewing appointment is often the most emotional part of the experience. This is the first time you’ll see the day as I saw it, the details you didn’t realise you’d miss, the expressions you recognise instantly, the connection you feel in your chest. Together, we’ll design your final artwork, pieces that feel intentional, timeless, and deeply personal. This isn’t about choosing “favourites”, it’s about creating something that tells your story properly.

Why This Experience Matters

Our horses don’t stay forever. I don't want to be cliché, but we don’t slow down enough to see them - really see them, while we still can. These sessions create space. Space to breathe. Space to connect. Space to remember your horse exactly as they are in this chapter of your life. These photographs become anchors to some of our favourite times spent at the yard.
