But what does the experience actually involve?
From our first conversation to your finished portraits arriving home, every part is thoughtfully planned around you, your family and your four-legged friends. So, let me take you through it.
It starts with a conversation
We’ll chat about you, your animals and what you’d love to create, from your favourite locations to the photographs you’d love to have in your home. Together, we’ll start shaping an experience that feels personal to you before choosing a date.
Choosing your season
From fresh spring mornings to rich autumn colours and crisp winter days, every season brings something different. Your photoshoot can take place at a time that suits you and your animals, giving you something lovely to look forward to in the months ahead. Any shoots booked this Christmas have no expiry date.
Getting everything ready
Around two weeks before your shoot, we’ll have pre-shoot design consultation to talk through timings, outfits, styling and all the little details. You’ll also receive a pre-shoot checklist, so you know exactly what to expect.
Two hours with your animals
With everything planned, it’s time to enjoy your two-hour photoshoot. I’ll guide you through a variety of portraits, from beautiful individual images to relaxed moments together, including family and four-legged friends. There’s no need to worry about how they'll be on the day. They'll turn up as them as that;'s the. most important part.
Seeing your photographs
A couple of weeks later, I’ll bring my studio to your home for your private viewing appointment. We’ll look through your photographs together, choose your favourites and explore the finished pieces you’d love to have, with guidance throughout the design and ordering process.
Portraits to treasure
Once everything is finalised, your finished pieces will be created and delivered to you. Whether displayed in your home or enjoyed in an album, they’re a lasting reminder of the animals you love and the chapter of life you share together.
