I’m so excited to be bringing my exclusive yard offer to Cairn Equestrian this year.

Having loved seeing another brilliant yard pop up, I’m delighted to be working with Cairn Equestrian this year, and bringing my portraiture experiences to you all on Sunday the 22nd November, 10am onwards, for a day of horses, portraits and a little Christmas treat for the yard.

Whether you’ve been thinking about having photographs taken with your horse for a while, would love some beautiful new headshots, or are simply curious about what a portrait experience with me involves, I’d love to see you there.

I’ll be bringing along a display of my work, giving you the chance to see the finished portraits and products that can come from a full photoshoot, from beautiful framed pieces for your home to other ways of enjoying your favourite images.


It’s a lovely opportunity to chat with me, ask questions and get a feel for what’s possible with your own horse.


Introducing the Cairn Equestrian Taster Portrait Sessions


For this event, I’ll be running a limited number of exclusive 10–15 minute taster portrait sessions throughout the afternoon.

These are designed to give you a little introduction to the Carenza Pinn Photography experience, without committing to a full photoshoot just yet. We can capture some beautiful headshots of your horse, or you’re more than welcome to join in for portraits together. It’s entirely up to you.


You’ll have the chance to see how I work with horses, experience how relaxed and welcoming photoshoots can be, and get a feel for the variety of images we could create during a full session of your own.


As a little gift from me, one image is included with every taster session. If you fall in love with more of your photographs, additional images will be available to purchase afterwards.

What’s included in a full portrait experience?

Your Creative Equine Photoshoot is designed entirely around you and your horse, with time to create a beautiful collection of portraits that reflect your relationship.

Your experience includes:


  • A two-hour photoshoot with time to capture a variety of portraits, slow down for day, come away from the stresses of work and every day life, to truly enjoy some time with your horse(s).
  • A beautiful 16” framed portrait of your chosen image, included in your experience.
  • A pre-shoot design consultation to chat through your ideas, plan your session and receive styling and outfit guidance.
  • A Welcome Pack and Style Guide to help you prepare and look forward to your photoshoot.
  • Multiple horses welcome, with the option to include your dogs and family, too.
  • An in-person viewing appointment where you’ll see your photographs and choose your favourites.
  • Product design guidance to help you choose the perfect way to enjoy your photographs in your home.

Every detail is taken care of, from the initial planning through to choosing your finished portraits, making the experience about so much more than simply having photographs taken.


And, of course, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss everything with me in person at the yard before deciding whether it’s right for you.
