A Morning at Kinneston Racing: Owners Day Parade

There are few better ways to spend a sunny morning than surrounded by horses, and Kinneston Racing provided the perfect setting for their recent Owners Day Parade. With the yard bathed in sunshine, the stage was set for a truly special occasion.

The morning began behind the scenes, with the buzz of activity as the team prepared nearly 50 horses to be paraded. Lots of grooming, hot clothing, hooves being oiled, and tack being cleaned. These quiet moments that are often missed are a crucial part to occasions like this.

The parade consists of all the horses coming out for a quick parade, with a little bit of background info about where they are in the career being commentated. All the horses' looked fab, and enjoyed being in the spotlight for a few minutes.

What makes Kinneston so special is not just the horses, but the setting. The yard itself is beautiful—open, welcoming, and full of character—and seeing it alive with people, chatter, and all the horses was a privilege. After the parade, all the owners and other who come along to the parade are invited into the stable blocks to meet the horses on a personal bases, chat to the awesome riders and grooms who keep the yard running, and see what goes into keeping everyone happy day to day.

The day wasn't all about showing the horses—it was about celebrating the journey, the teamwork, and all the amazing people involved in these horse's careers. Have a commercially based event like the that needs covered? Get in touch below!
