THE HORSE OF A LIFETIME PROJECT

UK wide applications welcome, however milage fees may occur for those further afield.

I am so excited to bring to you a new project, all about celebrating and exploring the bond we share with those special horses. There are horses who become part of your life, and there are horses who become your 1 in a million.

Perhaps they have been beside you for years, through different chapters, different homes, different jobs and everything in between.

Perhaps they came along later in life and gave you a reason to get back in the saddle after years away. Perhaps they arrived when you least expected them and reminded you just how much fun horses could be.

Or perhaps, they are simply the horse who makes an ordinary Tuesday feel a little bit better. Whatever your story, I want to hear about them. This year, I’m creating The Horse of a Lifetime Project, a limited space project dedicated to the horses who are truly one in a million to the people who love them.

I’m looking for a small number of horses and their owners to become part of the project, with each shoot planned entirely around their individual story, personality and relationship.

This isn't about how impressive your competition record is. It isn't about having the perfect horse. And it certainly isn't about needing to be a particular age or stage of life.

It’s about your horse. The one you couldn't imagine your life without. The one who has given you confidence, companionship, adventures, laughter or simply a reason to head to the yard. The one who deserves to be remembered for a lifetime.

Applications for the project are now open, with a limited number of places available . If a particular horse immediately came to mind while reading this, I’d love to hear their story. Please do also refer friends my way, if you know someone whose best friend has 4 legs, I'd love to hear their story.

Please note, all successful applicants will have a choice to purchase additional images from their shoot if they wish too, such as frames and digital copies. There is no obligation at all, with further artwork starting at £75. Dates for the project will be specified, rather than a choice of dates throughout the year, please only apply if winter and spring dates are suitable with you.
