Things are finally looking green, and it was lovey to ave the sunshine out at a recent shoot with Lucy and Atlantico. I wanted to share some of our favourite images with you all, and talk you through our yard offer opening up to any of the liveries at GLK Equestrian, in Tarbrax. Lucy and I originally organised a shoot together to have a play with some more creative ideas, however, we ended our morning with some portrait images too, as Atlantico was too handsome not too!
There are so many lovely paths and tracks and Lucy's yard, off road, and with lots of greenery and gorgeous backdrops. I love how happy Atlantico was on our wander, he definitely found it an interesting morning! We use lots of different locations on shoots, and simple places such as driveways, tracks and fields can be all we need.
Our creative aim for this shoot was a shot that highlighted Atlantico only having 1 eye, by using light and shadows to create a similar effect over Lucy's face. We mainly used the natural light at the opening of the indoor arena for this, and some of our shots were pretty much there! Although this idea was led by me, I always say to clients, if they have anything specific they'd love to come away with, whatever that may be, please voice it and we plan our shoot around making sure it's included. Lucy chose this as her included frame, which is part of all my shoots, so it will come ready to hang, on the wall.
GLK EQUESTRIAN - TARBRAX
Lucy and I have decided to open up portrait shoots to all the liveries at GLK Equestrian as part of a yard offer. Yard Offer's are a lovely way to have your photoshoot, in a little bit of a VIP community. Nothing changes from one of my normal shoots, except our dates and times are a little bit more set, and there is a small price change too. This offer is open for booking from the 9th-15th August, where I will be on the yard on the 9th August for a little meet and greet of liveries and ponies, where you can book in if you wish.
